I loved throwing my niece’s 3rd birthday party in the middle of a busy intersection and having the same feel as a beach party

Apr 2024 - I can’t believe I happened to walk by this funny party spot after we drove by it yesterday on our way into the city.
There are three main streets surrounding the Little Chill Beach. When I first arrived I drove on all three rubber-necking in disbelief, before finally being dropped off at one the of laid back entrances. As I crossed though the blue wooden fences I stepped into a different world. A welcoming beach bar is the centerpiece of an experience that resembles a boardwalk SoCal offshoot.
