The other day we booked an oil change for our truck, and a diagnostic test. They did not do the oil change, even tho the sticker shows when to do it - they drove the truck so they should have seen the mileage…. as for the diagnostic (cost over $200) we think they just unplugged the battery….. Why would we call for an oil change only for whomever took the call to not pass that info onto the next person? We’ll take our business to a different dealer….. these people suck!
10/10 service. We love working with Matt, always checks all boxes for us. We would recommend Little Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
