We ordered pizza through the portal. Our first order, there was a long black hair in our pizza. We called the manager(he was nice & offered a remake). We pick up our pizza they offered to remake & there was a DEAD FLY that looked like it was cooked with the pizza. 🤢🤮🤮🤮
They NEVER have any pizzas available. 20 minute wait for a Hot and ready or any other pizza. I don’t know how this location stays in business. They need new management.
Having hot and ready pizza available when you drive through. They are never hot or ready!!! I was told to park in front and they would bring my order out to me in 5 minutes, twenty minutes go by so I had to go in and get my money back, they didn't even apologize for forgetting about us, their excuse was the workers were training. The person in charge with fake blond hair was very rude. THEY SUCK!!! I will stick to pizza hut.

Make sure the pizza is fully cooked and no holes in the middle of the entire pizza either. Very disappointed!!
Was at the drivethru window waiting to pay and get my food. And my 4 yr old daughter starts crying that she has to go to the rr and couldn’t hold it. I decided to leave the window and go pay inside. (My order was already placed). Go inside and explain my situation and asked if I could take my daughter to use the restroom. Was told it’s not a public restroom. So I canceled my order and left.
Mannnn, I hate to complain on service, but the woman at the counter of the little caesars on Saratoga had the nastiest attitude. She told me what I was going to get instead of what I wanted because “it’s gonna take ten minutes” Ten minutes later...I receive what she put me down for, instead of what I originally wanted, maybe because it was gonna cost more to order what she wanted to serve me?
