My order was over cooked and dry I called to inform them and the manager was rude and said she wouldn't help me because it was the next day I want a them to make it right and they seem not to care .
I ordered three pizzas, some wings, and some cheese bread for my daughter's birthday and we were not given the stuffed crust pizza so I called up there and the lady told me that I could come pick it up, that it was sitting right there, they're sorry they didn't give it to me ... blah blah blah. I was refunded service because I walked through the drive thru! I don't have a car & could not go inside because there was to many people in already! I will never eat here again and I will make sure everyone I know does not either!!
Recommendedthat new bacon wrapped pizza is very good. and as always the sausage and pepperoni are always good.
Worst customer service I have received in a long time. Waited 25 minutes on a pizza, just for them to give it to somebody else so that required me to wait even longer. Employees are rude. I am not one to usually do reviews but this was just beyond ridiculous. The manager is horrible as well.
We had a wonderful experience at this location. Stephanie fixed us up with a 3 Meat Treat that we missed on a previous visit. It was delicious! Couldn't ask for better service or variety of choices. Thanks to everyone at Little Caesars Pizza in Searcy.
