The two big girls working in here tonight are RUDE ! Crushed my crazy bread & didn’t think I would come in for a new one . 🙄 Screamed at me while I was walking out the door because yes I SNATCHED my new bread ... HIGHLY PISSEF TF OFF 😡
Super slow drive thru. Always takes at least 15-20 just to pick up a pizza that should be hot-n-ready. It doesn't take much more than 10 minutes to make a cheese pizza.
The wait is ridiculous. Hot n ready is a joke at the Jacksonville, AR location. Drive through lines are really long, at times it can take 20 plus minutes just to get to to the window only to have them ask you what you ordered all over again and then have you park out front. I've often went somewhere else instead of waiting. The only positive is the food is hot and fresh when you do finally get it and usually the employees are apologetic about the long wait and not rude.
I come to this location at least once a week for my crazy bread fix. Several times throughout the month family and I will pitch in and get hot n ready pizzas. This evening I was very disappointed in the service, or lack there of. I understand that sometimes things get a little hectic when it's busy but to be flat out ignored is completely unacceptable.
If your employees would take my order at the speaker instead of pulling me forward to order just to tell me it's going to be 7 mins for a pepperoni pizza, that would be great, I could have went somewhere else to eat. Especially when I've worked 13 hours and have kids to feed. And don't get an attitude with me when I call your employee out on it. I'm only giving it one star because I can't give an less.
Service was poor it's dinner time and nothing was ready I had to wait and only one cashier and she took all the orders at the front counter before she took orders in drive thru had to wait almost 25 mins top it off how do you run out of cheese
I went in to pick up my pizza that I had preordered. They were very busy, but that's no excuse for the district manager to help without wearing a hat, hairnet or having her hair pulled back. She was making pizzas, leaning over with her hair just dangling over the pizza. That is totally disgusting, everyone else had a hat on and there hair was pulled back.
