I have sat for 45 minutes waiting, had one person come out and check my reciept. clearly they forgot to even start my pizza. I have watched 10+ people come through...as well as my friend who ordered after me ..... whos food is now getting cold....
Friday night after work I went to the Northtown store. I ordered a pizza and bread sticks. Its Monday, still havnt gotton my refund. The cashier at the counter was telling his co-worker to "lick his balls" very loud, front counter place was crowded. Never order from here.

I just had the worst experience at the Moana location in Reno I ordered my pizza which was a regular crust three meat two breadsticks that's it at 7:05 p.m. the young lady at the phone told me it would only be ten minutes I am barely getting my food at 8:11 he had told me after being there 40 minutes after that they could not find my order the young lady working in the back offered to give me whatever I would like for free I said okay thank you I still waited another 15 20 mi… See more

the new smoke house pizza is the bomb!!!! full of flavor
Usually really good but last night we got three $5 pepperoni pizzas and and now me and my dad have a terrible stomach problem I feel aweful and it ruined my families thanksgiving weekend plans. But I mean on the other hand it is a $5 pizza probably should let this one go and take a break. (Oh also sometimes your pizza cuts the roof of my mouth and it kinda makes me sad inside)
