Just ordered a pretzel pizza and a bag of crazy bread...thought I would give you all another chance...boy was I wrong. was told to come back through drive in in about 12 minutes which is about normal for " fresh pizza and crazy bread " well was wrong on that one also when ordering w.as asked what name to put on the order which was Dean..was asked how do you spell that...lol hroght drive through7so spelled it for the girl..believe her name was aranza?...but any way left wai… See more

earlier this evening I used the portal for the second time. For the second time I got the message that my order was ready when it's not.
“Manager” messed up my order, when my wife called to have it replaced she was soooooo rude! Worse customer service ever. When I came to pick up my right order she just stared at me, with a legit lost look. And I was given a paper with hand writing as my receipt.
Crappy when we go in at 3:30 pm on a Sunday to buy a "hot N ready" and told we have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook or pay an additional dollar for a pizza that is ready...then...they are not Hot N Ready. This really pissed me off so we decided not to wait 10 minutes.
The extra most worstest customer service. They fail to explain that the new 6 dollar pizzas are the only hot n ready. Make you wait 10 minutes for the classic 5 dollar pizza. Extremely rude. Not helpful at all.
Great customer service & my pizza � was fresh and ready to go as usual.
