What I don’t understand is that every time I ask for a Hot and Ready , they try to sell you the extra most bestest pizza. If it’s called hot and ready why are never ready? It’s always it’s gonna take 15 minutes. Happens every single time at all locations. Sad !!

The service sucks the management need to work on customer service and checking food products just received a burned pizza very poor service.
