So we had ordered from DoorDash, 2 pizzas. I would later receive my message from my DoorDash driver that this restaurant had not made one of our pizzas. The Reason they gave is they claimed all the ingredients were already put away. If that was true, then my then how come my first pizza was made? It was the exact same order with one topping different, received at the exact same time. This location is insanely slow. I’ve waited about 40 minutes for a simple order. The cheese on the crazy puff was not melted internally, the pizza is poorly cut, and nothing tasted freshly made. Other locations are much more reliable if you can avoid this one. It did not taste good at all on my last visit in particular. Never going back.
They emailed me to say my order was ready for pickup, and yet an hour later they said they didn't know when my order would be ready and that they couldn't give me a time for when it would, to just come back "later." Never had this problem at the Papa John's next door. Not coming here again.
They just never made my food and I waited for 25 minutes.
They need to update the phone number or pay the phone bill. Corporate doesn't have a working number for them either.
