Order was taken incorrectly over the phone. Instead of apologizing and just making it right the manager (older lady) wanted to place the blame on me somehow. She was unhelpful, unapologetic, and a bit dismissive. Even if I ordered what they said I ordered they still made that order wrong. Last time visit for me.
I order a pick up and couldn't make it. I call 3 times and on hold for 35 minutes each time. I needed to cancel. 3 minutes before closing they said I pick it up. I can't get in touch with no one at the store or corporate. Just sad. They took my money
