2/1/2025 If I could give a negative star review to this store I would! The management at this store has gone so bad! We had a terribly bad experience here several months ago where the staff and shift manager played immature phone games with us when we called in to complain about getting a completely wrong order and burned pizzas. Very unprofessional. Waited over 40 minutes after arriving to pick up a pizza I ordered online. Staff was untrained, unprofessional and manager refused to assist us when we tried to talk to her about getting a refund for a bad order and service. Could not get a refund after requesting. Seriously, if we wanted to wait 40 minutes for a pizza, I would rather go to Sir Pizza or Pizza Inn where we can at least sit at a table and have a beverage while we wait. Seriously mismanaged.
