customer service is a joke... hot n ready between 4 and 8 is a joke... if it's not ready it's not hot n ready... pedophile behind the counter creeps me out he stared at me and didnt even thank me for my order or paying for the food
Although the pizza waa done on time, and was hot, the woman that shoved my order out the window without saying a word was rude. it takes about 2 hot seconds to say tha thank you!
horrible customer service. horrible estimated wait times. went here tonight, ordered at 7. sat in the parking lot watching people get pizza and breadsticks car after car. was told it would be a 10 minute wait, half hour later i call to see what the hold up is and get told its still a 5 minute wait. horrible.
Worst service ever. Very rude staff, didnt listen when we ordered had to repeat order 3-4 times before the lady taking the ordered paid attention. She basically threw the sauces at us never greated us with a hello,hi ect. or thank you or have a good day. There was about 6 other cars waiting for food as well, not hot and ready. very disappointed. Will not be back.

Ordered a extra most bestest cheese for the grandkids. Wouldn’t know it was cheese, the top was brown.
I was there tonight at 8:00 ordered at 8:10 and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. That’s fine, but I waited until 8:45 and I went in. ( after I saw car after car getting pizza right away at the window.) They didn’t even know what my order was. They told me the pizza was in the oven. I got my pizza and it didn’t seem like it was the right one. They did give me a free pop, and did apologize. But, this isn’t the first time they’ve told me it would be 10 minutes but took way longer. I won’t be back.
The last few times we have tried to go to this location, we get the same response when trying to order. "It will be a 25-30 minute wait on anything." I get it when they are busy, that sometimes things take time. The first time it happened however, we were the only ones in line, and no other cars waiting. The most recent time we had to wait at the speaker as the person taking orders and the person in the car in front of us talked and joked. Really wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is a joke. Can anyone here be polite? With my more recent order, after everything I ordered she said “I’LL HAVE YOUR TOTAL AT THE WINDOW!” I kept saying sorry but that’s not it... and she continued to keep cutting me off. I would rather drive an extra 15 mins to the Apple location than to get treated like garbage. �
