They made us wait 45 minutes and then told us that they hadn’t even started the pizzas and then when I asked for a refund she couldn’t give me a receipt or couldn’t even prove that my credit card was refunded. Little Caesars just robbed me Took my money give me no pizza and they told me I could have my money back 24 hours later maybe I asked for a corporate phone number she said they don’t have none.
This was quite possibly the WORST service and pizza I have ever had. I was not greeted, the staff seemed inconvenienced to have to take an order and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. I ordered 6 pizzas (3 cheese and 3 pepperoni...nothing fancy) for my nephews birthday and I don’t think what I paid for can even be classified as pizza. Terrible customer service. Blond kid working the front acted like I was an inconvenience. He CLEARLY hates his job. Pizza was blah. Just go to the one on division and Francis. Much friendlier and better pizza.
Terribly understaffed. Kids running the store. Seems that customers are more of a burden rather than the reason they have a job. Rarely is the " hot and ready" actually stocked with what its supposed to have always 12 minute wait not including the 5 minutes it took some one to take my order.
Raw dough equals bread sticks hmmmm We would have waited for cooked. Is this take and bake now?
After ordering a hot and ready the employee (shift lead I might add) selling it to me opened the box to check the pizza, half of the pizza flipped out of the box and touched the counter. After explaining I would rather not have this pizza since it touched the counter the employee replied saying "Oh, You mean the counter that is sanitized and washed daily?!?" Ummm yes I don't care how clean your counters are I would rather not eat pizza that's fallin out of the box and touched a dirty surface. Terrible customer service!
Just bought this and it looks nothing fresh more like sitting for 6hrs....hard and dry. ...not even melted cheese. ..well what cheeses was there
