I've had no issue here before. Came to pick up a very simple order of a thin crust and bread, ready at 7:15. It's 8 and I'm still waiting. Only excuse was "we don't know what happened to yours so we're redoing it". A guy came in well after me and ordered three pizzas on the spot that had to be cooked. He had his 10 minutes later.
