1/2/2015 I got a pepperoni pizza at 9:14pm ticket time. The pizza was entirely cold, which I didn't notice until I was down the road. I thought I would just wait and microwave but it's not good. I called the store actually before getting home and tried to talk to a manager. I waited for her to get on the phone, tried to tell her the pizza was not but very little warm as if the hotbox was off, and she did not want to hear that.
