Missing half of my delivery order. Out of three pizzas we received one. Was delivered through door dash. The store blames door dash driver and door dash blames the store. Nothing was resolved by either party. This is obviously not a partnership that works. I was given my $2.99 delivery fee back and told to enjoy my non-existent pizzas. Great customer service on both parts. I can tell it matters to them greatly.
I’m not usually one to complain but they messed up pretty much my whole order, and burnt my “ cheese”pizza which barely has cheese on it, and is supposed to be the extra most bestest (so extra cheese?).
Had to wait +35 minutes for a “Pepperoni Hut & Ready” ( not ready at all!!!) And when I asked the lady about my order she barked at me. Very rude
