Ordered pizza to be ready at 8:30. Arrived around 8:10. 3 employees are sitting on their phones. When I say I have an order but I'm a little early they say "okay". Then wait till 8:28 to start making it. Telling me 10 minutes. They couldn't have made it in the 20 minutes I was waiting rather than listening to videos on full volume?
