This location never has hot and ready pizzas and when you speak to manager by the name of Xavier you get sarcasm and attitude. save yourself the poor customer service experience and go to the 50th and Quaker location.

Worst experience I’ve had. Ordered ONE pizza at 5:07. It’s 6:03 and they just got it ready. Was told 8 minutes. What a joke.

We placed a phone order for pick up and the employee that received our order confirmed and repeated the order back to us, would be ready in 8 minutes. Ok we show up they don't have our order name or order done. Don't know what we are talking about. Repeated their phone# back to them, they didn't know that either! No sorry we don't have it but we can take your order now, no!! Nothing!! Called let mgr. Know clueless. He said they took the order wrong. Ok even after he repeated the order back to me, ya right!
