you can start by getting the order right. you can also cook the pizza until it is done and not doughy.
they told me I HAD to wear as mask to be inside but they have employees walking around without one. when I asked why they didn't have one on, she girl at the register said it was because he wasn't in the front of the store. but they're not practicing social distancing 🙄 I'll take my money elsewhere
No reason not to order from them. Food is always good and quick most of the time. Had only a 10 minute wait this time however one can call and order it and it be ready by time you get there.
so what do you do with a wing that's as big as my thumb?!?! And I have short thumbs 🤦🤦 complete waste of money yet again. My 3yr old said nothing to eat. Watch what y'all make! If it's tiny with nothing DONT make it, it's a waste and a waste of my money.
today there were no highlights, well the pizza was good. however it took 30 minutes from order until pickup. at least 4 phone in orders were not even entered for customer to pickup and 2 or 3 online orders weren't right. there was nearly no hot and ready to go. I have never seen that many people waiting in orders in there ever. also the cashier that took my order was busy texting on her phone while taking my order. could this have contributed to the above issues?
after working a pizza place during High School... and I know it's not complicated to cut a pie into 8 even slices... but apparantly it is here at the Hinesville location. to make it worse, when I get home I have to finish cutting the pies because there cutters can't cut all the way through... I'm betting if they pick up some from dollar tree they would have better success. as far as Hot and Ready... By far the worst service ever and the cashier was slurping on a drink while taking my order as well as giving out free pizza to their friends who walked in with their asses hanging out of their pants while literally sucking on a girls face............
RecommendedIt has been 10 years since I have ordered from here and last night i was reminded just why. Disorganized bad service, slurping drinks as they take your order at the register, take your name but call order numbers half the time. name other, not being consistent, i ordered my crazy bread five minutes before i ordered my $6 pepperoni they were churning out, they gave my pizza away, the pizza was done before the crazy bread. they were not busy when i was in there at 7:30 and it took 45 minutes to get my order! my pizza was cold ... read more
