Whether this is due to management not staffing enough employees or operational inefficiencies, the result is the same—ordering a pizza on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening between 5–8 PM feels nearly impossible. The service was not the best
I waited 25 minutes past my estimated order ready time, for an online order tonight. FOR A CHEESE PIZZA. Stood in the store 15 more minutes after the worker told me it would be ready in another 2 min. This place needs to get it together.
This is the worst little ceasars I’ve ever been into I go in and ask for a cheese pizza with Parmesan and garlic sauce he says 10 min wait time I wait 30 min I get my pizza it’s a pepperoni I bring it back and say this is wrong and that I want a refund the manager then proceeds to take the pizza and hide in the back and not give me a refund and the make me another pizza I say screw it the pizza is here, not the pizza is still wrong how hard is it thank you for waisting my break little ceasars I’ll be going to a different pla... read more
