Dr. Ramisetty and her assistant Liz are amazing! Both of them made me feel comfortable and helped me relax. They explained everything in detail throughout my appointment. I have severe dental anxiety and they were so patient with me.

The BEST dentist and dental team ever-- everyone from front desk to hygienist to dentist all do such a wonderful job. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Arana and his team to help me keep my teeth and gums healthy. They are very knowledgeable and thorough, providing effective and affordable treatments that help me maintain my dental health. Especially grateful for Saturday appointments! I've seen a lot of dentists as I've moved around the country over the past 30 years, and Little Bull Run Dental is the absolute best.

I'd been calling for detail invoice for the service, in order to get reimbursed from FSA, which now I cannot do so, since it has been over a year. I had given my email address. But when I called again, they said they had no record of such request. Now they sent my account to collection which is ridiculous when I did not get information I requested for. I'm very disappointed with both customer service and billing/office manager. So if you need to get information, if you request over the phone to get it via email, do not expect getting it. They will not have record of you calling, only promise that they wouldn't keep.
