I contacted Travis and Little Buddies Services through Thumbtack. He came to our home in early March of 2017, measured our back yard and left with the promise of a quote. He was pleasant and helpful. He wrote several days later to ask for my email address. Then I never heard from him again. I wrote to him 14 days after his last message to me, and he never responded. So we basically wasted almost an entire month for him to get back to us.

Hello Andrea, First off I would like to sorry that I didn't get back to you. I had water damage in my office so I lost most of my info that was on paper and then my computer got fried because of the water also. And then to top it off I lost all my info on my phone because I had it stolen and did not back anything up on it. I all went through thumbtack for people I was in touch with I could not come a cross your info and to this date as I just looked still can't find it.
