We just had our window treatments installed. The company was so helpful. They gave us good advice on what to use. In a couple of places we were encouraged not to buy something now but wait until we see if we need something as we get used to the new home. We really appreciated that.
I was very pleased with both orders of wood blinds downstairs and honeycomb upstairs!! They were very receptive and helpful in the store, gave me lots of color options and had many different time options for install. The install was so much faster than I anticipated and the cost was very economical. I will continue to use The Little Blind Spot for all my window needs as we continue remodeling room by room!
Little Blind Spot is great to work with from the salesperson, Penny, to the installers, Chris and John. They work with you on style and function and listen to what you are trying to achieve!
Professional, knowledgable, and friendly place to buy blinds! This is the fourth house I've bought blinds for, and I've had the same salesperson (Michelle) each time in those 30 years. She's great! She measures accurately, describes the products, helps with color selections. The installers (Francisco and John) were on time, worked fast, answered all my questions, gave demos. (Francisco and John) Competent repair staff when a cord goes bad, which has been twice in all these years and all those blinds. Thank you

Little Blind Spot has been so good to my husband and me. From the very beginning - when Penny came out to our home to measure and go through fabric, color, and design with me - to the installation. I never once felt pressured during the selection phase. I take my sweet time making decisions, and all the staff at Little Blind Spot were very accommodating and patient with me. Kris installed my blind yesterday and was awesome: competent, efficient, well-mannered and friendly. The ordering, measuring, wait times and (the lack of) customer service attitude of one of the more experienced staff in the store....not so good.
