**UPDATE: I went to Consumer Affairs as she refused to give us a substantial deposit back. They investigated and found she was in breach of several Australian Consumer Laws. They attempted to make contact with her for dispute resolution, but she disconnected her phone to avoid contact with them. Happy to take my money and answer calls to arrange flowers for my mum’s birthday ,now to now answer my calls or messages after not delivering the flowers. Not happy!!!!!
Sadly a family member had a disappointing experience with Little Birk Florals in the lead up to their wedding. Happily took a deposit and made promises of wonderful flower arrangements but unfortunately could not complete the work. To make matters worse Little Birk did not communicate this with them and just went silent and held their deposit.
