We have used this unit for 3 months now and the lock was changed without our knowledge. I was told that I would get a call back at 5:30pm regarding the lock change, and was informed that I would also be receiving a code to get into my unit. Unfortunately none of the two things happend and we had to leave several complaints via phone calls as well as text messages.

HUGE RODENT PROBLEM!!! When I first started loading the unit, I noticed mouse droppings after a few days lapsed between visits. I placed multiple mouse traps in an attempt to control the infestation. It appears these efforts were futile because I'm seeing more droppings than ever. The storage unit is full and until I unload I will not know the extent of the infestation in my possessions. Horrible customer service. I was charged another month of rent after I sent proof that we had moved out I called 25 times no one will answer.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was overcharged two additional months. I’ve left a number of messages and texts. More than a month has gone by and yet to receive a phone call from the manager. I would seek additional storage locations.
