You get what you pay for. I see a bunch of negative reviews regarding stuff but this is by far the cheapest place in town. Is it perfect no? But it is secure, and a solid place to leave your things for a bit (I even stupidly left my unit unlocked with no problems one night). It does get a big mark down for the mice problem. We have used this unit for 3 months now and the lock was changed without our knowledge. I was told that I would get a call back at 5:30pm regarding the lock change, and was informed that I would also be receiving a code to get into my unit. Unfortunately none of the two things happend and we had to leave several complaints via phone calls as well as text messages.

HUGE RODENT PROBLEM!!! When I first started loading the unit, I noticed mouse droppings after a few days lapsed between visits. I placed multiple mouse traps in an attempt to control the infestation. It appears these efforts were futile because I'm seeing more droppings than ever. The storage unit is full and until I unload I will not know the extent of the infestation in my possessions. Horrible customer service. I was charged another month of rent after I sent proof that we had moved out I called 25 times no one will answer.
