Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was overcharged two additional months. I’ve left a number of messages and texts. More than a month has gone by and yet to receive a phone call from the manager. I would seek additional storage locations.

I wish I’d looked at some reviews before reserving a spot. No one was available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The facility didn’t pick up, customer service didn’t answer phones or emails. The website was no use, because it kept giving an error 400 when I tried to extend the move in date. When I finally reached somebody on Monday, the unit had been cancelled, and customer service was of no use. Extremely unhelpful-do not rent through this company. I found a better company for $30/month

WORST STORAGE UNIT EVER DO NOT RENT FRIM THEM AS MY STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO AS WELL AND NO COMPENSATION. I’M NOT EVEN SURE IF THE CAMERAS THERE ARE ACTUALLY WORKING. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE FRONT GATE TO THE STORAGE FACILITY IS BROKEN SO ANYBODY CAN COME INTO THE FACILITY. IM SO FRUSTRATED.

WORST PLACE TO RENT A STORAGE! Left the storage for a few months in the winter and our storage was infested with mice! We lost all our things due to mouse pee and poop and Columbia smart storage offered a max of 500 dollars but everything we lost equaled out to 24,000 in damages. THIS PLACE NEEDS TORE DOWN! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE

I have no access to my unit and can’t talk to a manager. My lock is not on my unit so my unit may have been broke into. I’m very frustrated as I can’t talk to management. Not to mention It looks like there is a family living out of the unit with a dog and little girl.
