I have been using little apple Toyota to Service my 2006 Lexus GX 470 since 2012 when we moved to Manhattan. In addition, they have been the sole provider for my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I have seen changes, some good, some bad over the years but there were always several excellent service writers. I can only say this does not appear to be the situation currently. Thus, I will be looking for alternative options to have my vehicles service.
