Got the runaround from the very start. All we needed was a new key for our Corolla and it’s been almost 2 weeks now. They never said we would need a service appointment to set up the key. This dealership has given me the run around from the beginning. Back story, my car had already been in the Topeka toyota dealership for 3 days due to electrical issues prior to my visit to Little Apple Toyota. August 17th 2020, my 2020 Toyota Camry would not start. The dash was flickering and there was a ticking noise, my car was towed to the Little Apple Toyota dealership to be repaired. I have never been treated worse by the finance managers of a car dealership. Salesman are friendly, but the managers are not profession, rude and no one deserved to be talked down to.
Kevin, the service manager, was able to put a new water pump in my daughter's Toyota minivan for$850, instead of the$2000 Midas was going to charge her. They also picked her up at home, drove her to school and picked her up from school, brought her to the dealership to get her car. This is service that is waaaay above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to you Little Apple Toyota!!♥️♥️♥️
I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Little Apple Toyota. Dominic was very responsive to my questions and very friendly and helpful. The two guys that delivered my new car a few days later were super nice and did a great job communicating their expected arrival time.
