I have never felt more uncomfortable at a doctors office before. The initial either nurse or MA that I spoke with was very nice and talked and explained to me what she was probably going to do when she came in. The Doctor then comes in not introducing herself at all so I had no idea she was even the doctor until I asked her and was looking at my feet seeming very agitated and not speaking to me. Scheduling was easy but they were booked out several weeks. The office was accommodating and very nice to deal with. Their online patient portal was a pain but the staff agrees and would like to blow it up. (Did I say they were nice to deal with). The Dr solved two unrelated issues in the same visit. The staff and Dr. were friendly and professional.They took great care of me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Happy feet happy life…. Ok that doesn’t rhyme but it’s kind of true.
At first I could not get an appointment scheduled for 3 months from my request. They suggested I could be on the waiting list in the event of cancellation. I was lucky and got in the very next week. Exam was thorough, the problem diagnosed and the treatment plan was straightforward. I was very pleased for a problem that had been bothering me for a couple of years.
Dr. Mua is the best foot doctor. I have feet problems over 10 yrs, and Dr. Mia took care of my feet for the last 4 four years. During the last 4 years, my feet feel the best ever. She care about all of her patience . When i thought i was going to move out if state, she found the best foot care team for me in that area. Dr. Mua really cares.
I have seen Dr. Mia for several years. I find her knowledgeable and committed to seeing that I have less pain and know better how to take care of myself. She listens well and I like her personality.
