Very nice here, if you have never been to flagstaff, az try to in the summer time, you'll love the weather at night.
Hotel is amazing but the travel center is horrible the boss is horrible and the night staff is mean
It was so well decorated and organized. The whole stay was fantastic! The rooms were large and very nice. The North Pole Experience was just awesome! Santa sat at our table and chatted with all of us at the breakfast. Can't imagine how you will improve the experience for next year. We all enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

I am thoroughly impressed by the unsolicited kindness and obvious compassion that he displayed to me last night, which completely surpassed what was expected of him (& made a significant positive impact on me directly.) LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL! My family stayed here. It was perfect , very clean, loved how open it was to play in the courtyard. Thank you for an amazing experience.
The furniture is dated but rooms were clean & the property was big, nice walking paths and peaceful!
amazing hotel in the winter time
We stayed there Dec 12/13 in room 296 I think I left my pink coach reading glasses there. If anyone has found then please contact me. I would really appreciate it, I need them for night driving. We Loved this place, our stay was amazing and so was the staff. The North Pole Experience was just wonderful every second we enjoyed it.
