RecommendedBreakfast with Santa was such a precious memory I will forever cherish! We had breakfast 12-20-19, This Santa is such a wonderful being. Spending time with and speaking with him was such a special time. He was very kind and just made this event so special.

Very unhappy! My daughter got food poisoning from room service we had ordered and I had to stay back in the room with her and we missed our entire experience. We have called 2 times now regarding this and no one has called us back. To top it off, I had forgot some of the kids clothes in one of the drawers and when we checked in they specially asked for our updated address and phone number in case anything was left behind, we never did receive a call regarding this even when we called 2 times about this issue also!!!!

This hotel is idea to go to during Christmas time because all the beautiful lights. The kids absolutely loved it. The rooms are updated and spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. By far my new favorite hotel
