We ordered two "Moco Loco" and one "Hurricane Shrimp". This place has a self order(?) service AND a person who you can talk to when ordering (yeah... I chose the first one coz I'm an awkward person to talk to :•). The staff are nice tho, so no worries.
This place is in a perfect location in the Sunset. It's across the street from a school and the public library and is on a street lined with little coffee shops, snack shops, bobba shops and fun places for kids to snack. Within the 3 blocks it is located at there are a ton of fun things to snack on or drink but this place has its own treats as well. I bring my little ones here to slurp up on some Hawaiian Ice. It's a nice after school treat.
Stopped by after going to the nearby smoke shop and I am very glad I did. I waited about 10 minutes for them to open and popped inside. I ordered a half loco moco (the half orders are a great way to try things), some hurricane tots and a can of diet coke. The loco moco was perfect - runny eggs, savory salty onion gravy with a touch of sweetness, fluffy rice - perfect.
