I am gluten-free and highly sensitive to cross contamination. This is my go to spot in SF! Whole menu is GF, and everything is really delicious. I especially love the hot crispy hurricane tater tots. They are also very consistent, I’ve eaten here dozens of times, it’s always great.

I had a really disappointing experience with the rude cook few days ago. He was handling food without gloves or a hairnet, and kept touching his hair while cooking. He also picked up his phone and went right back to work without washing up. That’s a serious hygiene concern. He came across as arrogant too, as a 50 year old man and former food and hygiene inspector.Based on that, I wouldn’t trust the food safety here.

We ordered two "Moco Loco" and one "Hurricane Shrimp". This place has a self order(?) service AND a person who you can talk to when ordering (yeah... I chose the first one coz I'm an awkward person to talk to :•). The staff are nice tho, so no worries.
