Very customer oriented, good communicators, helpful , prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and priced below other places I’ve been to in Peoria and Washington. What more could one ask for? Oh, they could be closer, but the extra mileage was well worth the trip from Peoria. They are now MY bike shop. Thank you all

Installed a new derailleur on my grandson's bike, while we waited. Took time to make sure it was working properly and adjusted several other components. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.
I would strongly recommend this business to any family, friends, neighbors, or just the general public! 5/5! Pricing was more fair than what I had anticipated for service and parts, and the guys got me taken care of quickly. Dawson was the tech who handled my experience. He was very hands on and knowledgeable, and he handled my service in an: "in and out fashion!" I will definitely be back soon!
