After trying to get relief from my stiff neck for more than 2 years, I landed at Lititz Family Chiropractic with treatment by Dr. Greg. I was pleasantly surprised that the regular adjustments and daily exercises have improved my range of motion so much. I no longer feel so restricted when driving because of not being able to turn my head.
