I have only been here 2 times to pick up somethings I bought from a person who lives here. But it's easy to get around.
Not bad for what you pay. Neighbors are everywhere you turn but if you're a social butterfly, then this is your place.
Excellent management, places are reasonable and well maintained. Maurice takes excellent care of everything!
Nice apartment complex to live at. Whether it be year or 20+ it feels like home. You have your own entrance which is outside, not in a building hallway. Each place seems like its own unit. Most neighbors are aware that it's still an apartment complex are know what volume they need to stay under. The new manager Maurice has been here since 2023, and has done a good job keeping it running well.
