I had a severely bad experience as a disabled black person. One of the employees accused me of misusing social security disability simply from me inquiring about them receiving my records. That’s disturbing because a lot of black disabled veterans go to that clinic. Most of the staff are kind and patient. I hate that this experience has left a bad impression on me and causes me to be concerned about other black and disabled patients trying to get care. This hospital is the worst and slowest. I came in about chest pains and they have you just waiting and the attitude and rudeness of the employees is what make the experience even worst
Dr. Omeruah is an excellent healthcare provider. She utilizes wholistic as well as traditional approaches to treating her patients. She has a good attitude and is very patient. I have had issues with the front office staff, but other than that, my experiences have been good.
