Took my 11yr old daughter here yesterday and she loves her hair and the way she was treated.
This was awful, the ladies there barely spoke English, I asked for a silk press and they gave me a KERATIN TREATMENT??? Repeatedly burned me and got annoyed when I told them they were hurting me

First time visiting this salon. I requested a blowout and curls. I arrived 9:38am after calling to ask about walkins. This salon is in my neighborhood. However, it took almost 5mins shy of 3 hours to complete my service. The girl said I'll dry my hair for 20mins but the timer went off 1hr later. I did not want to go under a dryer but they said I should because hair was thicker. I'm happy I did not have any time constraints because I would have been super irritated.
