First time visiting this salon. I requested a blowout and curls. I arrived 9:38am after calling to ask about walkins. This salon is in my neighborhood. However, it took almost 5mins shy of 3 hours to complete my service. The girl said I'll dry my hair for 20mins but the timer went off 1hr later. I did not want to go under a dryer but they said I should because hair was thicker. I'm happy I did not have any time constraints because I would have been super irritated. I believe they put chemicals in the shampoo & perm in the conditioners . Definitely perm in the conditioner though

I have taken my daughter several times for a year. The owner has done her hair each time. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely love her professionalism. My daughter and I are always pleased with her hair!! The owner does a fantastic job each time and the service is quick!! The prices are remarkable!!! I always get her hair washed, blow dried, and a silk press and it doesn’t cost anywhere near what I was paying in the past.
