Poor customer service! Answering service spends 5 minutes gathering contact information only to be followed up by, no response days later. If you're just an individual, don't even waste your time!!
From start to end our first project was seamless, thanks to Tom Lancaster at Litho Press. His knowledge, based with years of experience, was impeccable! He helped me in SO many ways from different book casings and suggestions that were just simply top notch! He's even checked in with me on weekends via email or phone calls. Extremely pleased with the book they produced for us! Mark was really helpful and helped me get the quality I required. This team was fantastic in every way.
