I had an outstanding experience with Emrah, a service advisor at Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did he help me get into a rental while my vehicle was being repaired, but he personally detailed the inside of the rental because it wasn’t as clean as he wanted it to be for me. Good luck trying to get them to call you back. Terrible communication with both buying the car, they took weeks to cash the check, and haven’t called me back re: referral bonus. Poor customer service, would not buy again. Edit: emailed manager as follow up to response but he did not respond at all.
