Great service and communication
Jontay has been super accommodating and his service skills are much appreciated.
I am not happy with my experience. This is a long post, so bear with me. My daughter's Jetta displayed a warning with the oil sensor and it advised that the car be looked at. I came to the Ames/ Des Moines area to help her out with this, as we're originally from the Chicago area. Making the appointment was easy and smooth enough. I had it made in advance of when I'd be in the area so I could allow myself to travel.
