Paul, Sorry to hear about your experience at our store, I have followed up with team members who you worked with here at the store and found out the that the proof of income that you brought as a requirement of the approval for the lender didn't work for the lender. The dealership isn't the bank so when they require proof of income or residence as a example we don't know if it will work until we send it in to them.
