In July, Jared B helped me find the perfect RAV 4. I started my search on-line and he provided information about the Carmax reports for the cars they had in stock. His helpful attitude helped me choose a car and I decided to drive over 200 miles to buy from him and Lithia. What an experience, I went in and didn't go inside, saw a cool car and was found by the most honest person, I've met in a long time. The whole time I got the vibes "I will not lie to you" which made me buy a car. Got me in a new Camry and boy do I love it.
Came in several months ago... didn't like the one option they gave me to trade my camry for. Started talking to a new sales person... quoted me a price for my car over a text but was texting the wrong person, never heard back from that salesperson. Then past salesperson chimed in text me a very short text when he hadn't even talked to me to get all the information. Communication literally is awful with the sales people.
Would be negative stars if I could. Bought a car 3 months ago(cash @ 40k) and still have no car., only problems disclosed a small crack in the windshield, which lithia said was on order and they would replace it when it came in. As we where doing the final paperwork the salesmen comes out and says the car won't be ready be ause the tech can't sicn the computer. It has been a constant run around and delay since, the said they sent the car to spokane but at this point I'm not sure where it is as lithia wont return my calls. Av... read more
