We just returned from the Lithia Toyota dealer in Missoula. We have bought 5 vehicles from here and our previous experiences were fine. We wanted to wander incognito for a bit to check things out before we talked to a salesperson. We needn't have worried-although the salesmen looked out the windows at us-not one came out. First-time buyer from a dealership. I had braced myself for what I thought would be a slog but I was happily surprised to be in and out of the door in a little over an hour. Andy (AP) was clearcut and didn’t drag me around, he got me in a new car for nearly the exact same financing as the used one that I had initially come to see. If you are woman needing to buy a vehicle by yourself, I cannot recommend Aaron Rachie highly enough. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He never spoke down to me, listened to me carefully and was never pushy or rude. I bought a Land Cruiser and could not be happier. I hate buying cars and dreaded this purchase.
