My experience at Lithia was very satisfying. I went in just to look at possibly test drive a Grand Highlander hybrid. Jacob did a great job of answering my questions, letting me drive a Highlander and then actually ordering what I wanted. We were expecting 3-6 months but we took possession in one week! After having the car for a week, Jacob welcomed us back going through all my questions, explaining the hybrid system and all other questions I had accumulated over the week with patience and kindness.

We aren't from Missoula and stopped into Lithia Toyota unplanned while looking for a new family vehicle. We didn't expect to have our expectations met so quickly! The sales and finance teams were knowledgeable, courteous, and fair, and we drove our new-to-us car home that evening. Later, when a minor, unexpected issue came to light, the helpful staff immediately made things right. We'll definitely be returning to Lithia Toyota of Missoula for our future needs.

I rarely write reviews…usually just positive ones but LITHIA Toyota in Missoula takes the extra time and effort to suck! Years ago when I was looking to purchase a new car I came to LITHIA of Missoula because I live in Missoula. When I was there I asked to have the keys to a couple of cars. I looked at the cars, opened the hoods, looked underneath etc..Not one person came up to me in the 45 min of me being there asking if I had any questions or needed help.
