Nice people to work with but why do you advertise dirty trucks? Are you oblivious to washing and or detailing the trucks before adding pictures?

My elderly parents purchased an SUV from Lithia Toyota and the experience has been unacceptable. This vehicle was supposed to be “detailed and ready to go.” It absolutely was not. The seats had crusted residue on them, the carpets were dirty, and there were smeared handprints throughout the interior. It looked like it had barely been cleaned at all.
