I recently bought a truck from this dealership and have had a great experience working with them! They were helpful, fast and responded professionally. I especially enjoyed working with Jesse in the service department, she is amazing and was the most helpful person I have ever encountered in the car business!!
I had an appointment scheduled with Breah. When I arrived, I was greeted by Scott at the front door and he walked me to her desk. Breah was in her office talking with another employee and asked Scott to “take care of me instead.” That set a negative tone immediately — it felt like my appointment and my time didn’t matter. Very unprofessional sales experience. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Go to Ford instead.
Update 10/23/25 I do not recommend Lithia Toyota for any service appointment. I have had some minor issues in the past with difficult scheduling and poor communication, but this morning was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After showing up early for my appointment (oil change and tire rotation) at 9:30 and checking in, I waited for over 2 hours before I received any status update on my vehicle and the only reason I got a status update was because I had to ask…and the update was that they hadn’t even started to work on ... read more
