All I can say is “Ronnie”. This guy is probably the best salesperson I’ve ever encountered (I’m in my 60’s). Listened and delivered. No pressure, all on the table for you to decide. Thank you Ronnie for all your help. On another note, don’t let the upsale finance part ruin your experience. Just stand your ground if you decide against extended warranty and stuff. I like my car so far, however when I checked my emails after buying the vehicle I found out they ran my credit 20 times!!! This is outrageous and unacceptable. I have never had anybody do this before. It makes sense now why they had me sitting alone for over an hour waiting on financing information. I will never go back again just based off that alone. I was nice and patient but never have I been left to just sit and wait for so long. 20 credit runs is not good for your credit and I am totally unhappy with this.
Great Salesperson, Frustrating Process I recently purchased a used Subaru from Subaru of Fresno and worked with Emily Griggs. Emily was fantastic--responsive, helpful, and went out of her way to answer questions and provide videos since I live 5 1/2 hours away. Unfortunately, the sales process itself was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
