I have been a customer since 2017 and the business has changed management a few times but my complaint with them is that they have increased their rates and I believe that I'm paying about fifty dollars more, so I intend to move out to a nicer and less expensive storage facility asap.
The staff at this location was very helpful at this location. Staff member Kidada is the one who helped me.
This facility is clean and secure. While renting a storage unit here, I received exceptional customer service from Kidada. I will definitely recommend the storage facility to anyone I know.
