After having a horrific last dental experience in my hometown years ago; I was completely apprehensive and anxious about returning to the dentist. However, I must say, Dr. Bahrami and the entire Lithia Springs Dentistry team helped me through those emotions. Very caring and attentive personnel. Makes the visit to the dentist seem like a pleasure. Dentist always gives good explanation of what is needed.
I have been seeing Dr Bahrami for several years. Her staff is professional but fun. I always look forward to seeing them all. Not so much the task at hand though but they do made it a pleasant experience as possible. They are very personable and always ask about the family.
Since I had been travelling for the past two years with my job I had not had chance to come in for my regular cleanings (I was going to another practice back home when time permitted) and I must say that not only did I miss the staff but I also missed the excellent service to detail and the care the staff gives me as a patient. Great first visit today. Communication was excellent as they reviewed everything they were doing and future plans of action. They reviewed cost also which I truly appreciate. Looking forward to next visit as we move forward in the plan.
My children and I not only received SUPERIOR customer service on our first visit, we also received DENTAL 101. The staff explained everything to us in detail. I highly recommend this business, they are 5 STARS all around.
The team at Lithia Springs Dental is always cheerful, easy to deal with, and very hospitable. The personalize every visit. My wife and I have both been patients here for at least 5 years ... And wouldn't ever think of leaving! Way to go Dr. Bahrami and Team!
