I spoke to someone in the office who said my son wouldn't need new xrays since his were relatively new (from another local pediatric dentist), but at the visit they refused to see him unless I allowed for xrays. Why expose a child to unneeded radiation? I conceded and we were seen. During that visit (just a visual exam and consultation) the pediatric dentist (who would later do the dental work) said the office policy was to administer NOS. I just meet Dr. K and the Hygienist (Kim) today. Wow, I was so impressed with the knowledge that Kim shared with me. I have never had someone take such a personal interest in how I take care of my teeth. I left there feeling like they were old friends not my dental office. They all went out of their way to explain what they were going to do and what I should expect. I would recommend this office very highly.
