Bought a used Tiguan from these clowns a few months ago. They "inspected" the car before sale. Turns out that was the extent of it. Sold it to us with shot rear brakes. It was overdue for an 80k service and they didnt perform it before sale. We are in over 3k getting the car in the shape it should have been when it was sold to anyone. Yes we could have had an independent mechanic look it over but we traveled 3 hours to purchase the car for the decent price. Just finished buying a car online from them. Had a great experience working with Oz. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and was prompt with answers, pictures and videos whenever we needed them. Made what can be a stressful process very simple and streamlined.
This was truly the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I actually did it from Portland! I’m so impressed with their service! Highly recommend!
As the owner of a shop, I enquired to the service department on our customers behalf for a broken driver interior door handle on a 2024 murano was told it not under warranty because it was 1500 miles past warranty date, asked the supervisor to call me for an explanation as this is a huge safety factor with 3 kids and a mom driving this car, very easy fix. But no phone call back, you dropped the ball Nissan this kind of crap makes me not recommend lithia to any of my customers.
