My salesmen was James and he was fabulous, greatly appreciated him. This review does not reflect his customer service because he is rockstar. 5/2 Update: Got my car back, everything is good now. Thanks again for getting everything taken care of. I apologize in advance for this review's length, but it wouldn't need to be if this situation hadn't turned out so bad. I purchased a 2018 BMW from Lithia Nissan back in May of 2025. I drove it home and noticed an SOS symbol on the dash that I was unfamiliar with and called. UPDATE... emailed manager per his request and never heard back regarding this issue. I am not shocked considering how unprofessional his team is. I had a very frustrating experience from drop-off to pick-up with my 2019 Nissan Titan. My truck was in the shop for an entire month, and throughout that time I felt like I had to do all the legwork myself just to get warranty coverage sorted out. Update: The phone number provided by the general manager to discuss the issue is out of service. I purchased a truck from this dealership about a week ago. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because the salesperson we worked with, Oz, was excellent throughout the process. Within the first week, we discovered a large rusting scratch on the vehicle that was not disclosed and appeared to have been previously filled with paint pen. Horrible experience . They had a truck i was going to buy. They asked how much I could put down. I could have bought it outright but I did not want to. I asked how much do you need. I could not get a straight answer. The salesman was quite rude and insisted I answer the question. I walked out and found a better deal in Salem.
