Have gone through Lithia Nissan for multiple leases but recently bought my first used car from them. Overall the process is usually good and they are not super pushy like many car lots around town. Only give 3 stars because the first time I buy a used car they gave me the carfax showing no damage, had me sign a form stating the car passed their 131 point inspection. Buying a car here was OK. Getting service here is terrible. When I make an appointment for an oil change I was told I was probably going to have to wait a hour or two. Why did I make an appointment. I ask if I can come in later or the next day. No we are busy the man says. After two hours I get an email about possible "extra work" I might want to get done. We have a Nissan with a recall and Lithia Nissan seemingly have gone out of their way to prevent us getting assistance. 2 service appointments cancelled the day of the event, today, they cancelled it internally, did not tell us and when we showed up for service, told us they were unwilling to honor the appointment. I am told it was staffing issues that caused the first two cancellations, however, Lithia Nissan shows no evidence of any customer centric attitude or customer empathy , they seemingly do not want to assist at all... read more
