Trevor was great! Not pushy and advocated for my trade value to come to a deal that was good for both of us. Even went above and beyond to get an item out of my trade the day after that I forgot!
Went into this dealership, and was immediately thrown off when I signed the papers and WAS TOLD THE PRICE WAS INCREASED AFTER?! That is not how you get customers in your door. Terrible experience never going back. Save yourself a trip!!!
**Folks who aren’t mechanically inclined should BEWARE!** Spoke with the manager who essentially said “tough luck” regarding their predatory practices. Nothing was handled or corrected. My partner came in for an oil change and left with a $1700 bill filled with charges for “recommended maintenance” that was heavily implied to be necessary or required for the proper functioning of their vehicle. Update: after reaching out to owner like they asked still no contact after a week. Came in after researching what was wrong was told it would be 190 for them to look at but should be covered by warrenty and if not i would have to pay the 190. I asked if it was due at pickup since I wouldn't be paid for 4 days was told that would be fine and it wouldn't be due. They called me and told me that warranty didnt cover the repair and that it would cost me over 3k for the repair. Then informed me that they would be holding onto my v... read more
