They were so nice and fit me . I was from out of town and worried my car might break down . Gio was so nice and ordered me an uber to pick up my car . I’m going to use them again when I’m back in town next month . Highly recommend.
Took my 2018 Rogue into the service department to find out why my new battery was pulling 1.5 amps when the car was turned off. This was draining the battery if I did not use my car for a couple of days. I had already returned to the battery shop who installed the new battery to make sure there was nothing wrong with my new battery. Something has changed in the service dept this year. I've been taking my car there for years for oil changes. Easy peasy. Walk in, it is ready usually within an hour. This year, in Sept, 2025, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation, not knowing that now they work primarily by appointments. They said it would be 2 hours without an appointment. Cant seem to reach anyone at the eugene location. Called many times over the last 2 weeks. Had my vehicle in for service and have had nothing but problems and no response from the dealership since. They have switched advisors on me and refuse to answer the phone when we call. This has been the most unprofessional business dealings ive ever had and will not recommend anyone buy from them. Have left probably 5 voicemails since the end of september and not a word from anyone
