The absolute most INCOMPETENT company ever to process service contract cancellations in history. It's Jan 2025 I've been trying to get my service contracts cancelled since Aug 2024 for $4,600. Nobody knows what's going on every time I call in. They say what you want to hear just to shut you up and get off the phone and go back to lala land with butterflies and rainbows like a trip on psychedelics. I used to love this place, but then they put these long hoses that bang on the back of your heels while you're trying to wash your car.
I’ve spent over six months dealing with a refund on a service package, $800, that I didn’t use. I was told it could be used at Lexus. When I broke down they could do nothing and I ended up trading the car in.
They don't answer their calls, and if you leave a message, they don't bother to call back. I called three weeks ago to set up an appointment for some warranty work. They said they'd call back to set up a time. I haven't heard from them yet. Maybe they're waiting for the warranty to run out first. I wouldn't be surprised. Don't buy a car from here.
