The absolute most INCOMPETENT company ever to process service contract cancellations in history. It's Jan 2025 I've been trying to get my service contracts cancelled since Aug 2024 for $4,600. Nobody knows what's going on every time I call in. They say what you want to hear just to shut you up and get off the phone and go back to lala land with butterflies and rainbows like a trip on psychedelics.
