It was great working with Chris Vann. As we requested, he answered our numerous questions via email, and he did not pressure us at all. Even after we picked up the car he helped with more of our questions. It was nice to get helpful information from a dealership rather than a sales pitch. Most of my experience was perfect with Lithia Toyota, my 3 stars is based on my buying and trade experience. I had a 2021 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium with 29,960 miles for trade in towards a new RAV4. I think their first offer for trade in value was $32,000 or 33,000. Which made me very sad as on their website I was quoted $41,500 to $45,000 and that was trade in range! But then they say there was no way they would get that much for it, and that they would not be able to offer me that price (I wanted $40,000) that they don’... read more
