This event space is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers and other small gatherings. There is a private bathroom here. They also have an enclosed play area for kids that's very spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen area with a sink and small refrigerator. The only way to access it is by staircase. No elevator. We had approximately 30 people and it was very comfortable. Parking can be challenging. On the street it's a 2 hour limit. Across the street it's a 4 hour limit.

Kelley is very easy to work with and everything is streamlined. The event space is very clean, beautiful and has all the amenities you would need for an event. We had a women's mini retreat there and it was just perfect!

Lithia loft is always amazing! It is the perfect event space with the sweetest owner to work with! We have attended the Santa event several times and it is always a hit!
