I believe Greg D. Although my experience is with the parts and service. I had my car serviced for a simple oil change. They told me to leave the car and come back about an hour. I didn't go that far. I can still see the activity in the parking lot from a few distance. 15 minutes later, they pulled my car out. Then 45 minutes later they called me and said that my car is ready. I was looking on there Web site looking for a 1 year old car. I left my number so a sales consultant could help me out. Chris Osorio told me that they had 3 or 4 cars for me. When I got there all he was showing me was new cars. When I asked him about used cars he said hum sorry no cars. How about a new one.
