My vehicle has been at the service center for the past week. They said a part needed to be replaced; they have the part in stock, yet they aren't installing it. My work has been at a standstill for the last week because of this, and the service advisor isn't even picking up my calls.
Slow as molasses. Here's the story and it should not have been a story. I had made a 11:00 am appointment the day before with a service clerk. I showed up 5 minutes before the appointment, drove my vehicle into the service bay stopped at the line. Got out of my vehicle.
