They did a great job, impressed with the customer service and work they did. Everything moved along like clockwork, they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and had it ready to pick up by the expected time. Truly appreciate the professionalism!!
I would give them zero stars if I could, but that wasn’t an option after dropping my vehicle off. Nobody called to give me an update. Nobody told me my vehicle was done and when I called repeatedly and was told I would get a call back I received no call back. Had to take an Uber to go pick up my vehicle and still received a poor update on what was done and what still needs to be done and what parts we’re waiting for was handed a form that was supposed to give me those details. 2025 palisade with recalls that were not repaire... read more
Normally I have good experience with this dealership. This time was terrible. Took 5 weeks to get an appt for warranty work that rendered the vehicle inoperable. Then after it was at the shop for its scheduled appointment it took 4 days to get it into shop. After multiple Phone calls and no return phone calls I was Literally driving to the dealership (40 miles one way) due to the lack of responses and was just a few miles away when someone from the service center finally called.
