I’ve taken both of my Hyundai’s here. The service has always been great. The service advisors on the phone know what they’re talking about and can recommend solutions for small issues over the phone and they’ve even re-attached a piece of my wheel well that was coming off free of charge. They are working with very limited space and workers, so the wait time is expected for longer jobs. Keep up the great work.
I am patience person and understand that things happen. But when you have someone name Shaquan Chandler working there who does not listen to the customer and keeps brushing you like it’s your fault.
